you with specific specialised help and advice.

which begin with 0800
or 0808,
are free of charge.
It is impossible to
include all helpful organisations, but most organisations will be
able to 'signpost' you on to other agencies and organisations,
particularly those dealing with specific disabilities or illnesses.
