Voluntary agencies supporting Young Carers

Hill top

We did a lot of activities.  On our first day we did the crates, and on the second day we did an activity called Little Bridges and Big Bridges.  On the third day we went on the Zip Wire.  When we were finished we playing Mad Hatter, or went in the swimming pool.  The girls were in a big room and the boys would sneak around and open the doors.  I would love to go back.

Are you under 18?

Do you look after your mum or dad, or other family member or friend?  Are they ill, do they have a disability, misuse alcohol or drugs or have a mental health problem?

Would you like to talk to someone who will:

  • give advice and information

  • help you to cope with school, home and friends

  • help you to meet other Young Carers

  • offer outings, fun and games.

If so, the Young Carers’ projects below can help.
